Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa."

"Very comfortable first floor one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us on anniversary weekend. Step out the back door across the lawn to the boardwalk to the beach. Contactless checkin and checkout. Owner very good at providing needed information."

"This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

"The unit was nicely updated. The bikes were at the unit when we arrived. The beach wagon and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the ice machine. Outstanding response by the property mgt group- It was addressed the same day. I would stay here again."

"No coffee in the morning is not good. I packet in room. No coffee in lobby. Starbucks on property way overpriced and felt we were imposing on coffee makers. "
