“This is a nice condo in a quiet area. We enjoyed the screened in porch. It was close to the beach and bike trail. Jackie was very kind and patient as I had made an error with my reservation dates. I would recommend this for a couple looking to get away.”

“We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again”

“The only issue we had with the property was that it had multiple steps to gain entry. When we booked we were under the impression that there was only 2 steps but upon arrival we found we had 2 then another 5-6 to get to the unit. The challenge was that my wife was in a wheel chair and that was a challenge. Once inside she could navigate pretty well but coming in and out of the unit was not what we had expected. There are a few updates that were needed like frig with rust on the out side of it……

“The location is perfect. You have an ocean view from the balcony and are steps from the beach and pool. The unit could use some updating nut overall it was great for me and my two kids.”

“This villa is really Nice decorated and comfortable. For the rental price, we would have appreciated beach towels available, as well as a basic kitchen kit (salt and pepper). One of the bedrooms is really noisy du to the AC close by. ”

“The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again.”

“My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived.”

“We stayed at Coastal Cottage in order to attend a wedding in Charleston. Worked out great. Short drive to Charleston. Mt. Pleasant was a nice area with lots of restaurants. Home was very clean and nicely furnished.”

“Loved closeness to the beach! Kitchen supplies were not good, bedding poor quality, ice maker didn’t work, broken lights in master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay there again 😞”

“When I mapped the location, it looked like we had to walk down a road to get to the beach. The Boardwalk was literally across the parking lot from our front door.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Kiawah Island and this villa was perfect - so close to the beach, just a short few steps across the property. Kiawah was one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen - wide expanse, not crowded even on a holiday week. Paradise! The villa was easy to access and had just what was needed for a great few days.”

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……
