"It was a short vacation, but the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our family group of 9. If I can recommend anything to the owner, is to increase the toilet paper and garbage bag's stock, because we ran out of them before leaving the place. This could be depending on the quantity of people at home and if not used, it should be left in the home."

"The place was nice, great space for my two teens and myself, and comfortable. The location was convenient to get everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The only thing I would change is having darker curtains or blinds to utilize in the master bedroom for people that are not morning people. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Overall great property. Host was great to work with, very responsive. The property manager David is great and on top of things. It’s any season I guess and there was an infestation of ants on the patio. I contacted David and within an hour the pest control company was there taking care of the issue. The house very spacious, I love that one of the master bedrooms is in the back of the house. The house is clean, but could use deep cleaning especially the baseboards, and underneath beds....

"Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. There is no BBQ at the house unless you pay extra. Pool heat is also an additional charge but we didn’t feel like we needed it. We found it a bit odd that there wasn’t extra toilet paper but that’s probably just an us not being used to renting a property vs a hotel. Beds were comfortable, we like it a little cooler but every room has a ceiling fan which is nice! We also brought our own tabletop fan so we slept comfortably. If I had to say something...

"Everything was so clean. Close drive to just about every restaurant you might crave, Walmart, and Starbucks. Very cozy ...can't say enough great things about property. Would definitely rent again!"

"Everything was exactly as advertised. My family and I stayed about 10 days, and the only downfall was that there wasn’t any available cabinet spaces for food; they were all locked. So we had to keep food/snacks for the week out on the counters. Location was quiet, pool was great, and would definitely stay there again."

"We flew in for a cheer competition in Orlando and I enjoyed the proximity of the house to the convention center and airport. Our whole family enjoyed playing games in the game room and the pool/hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evening. The house was very clean and was as described in the listing, enjoyed it very much and would recommend."

"Villa Marie is absolutely spotless, cozy and very comfortable, with every single thing you can think of at hand. The owners obviously take pride in their property. We really enjoyed our stay - lovely pool with nice views and so quiet. Half an hour or so from the parks and close to shops and restaurants. Great value ! The owner, Joanne was very responsive (although our contact was only to let her know how much we enjoyed our stay !)"
