"I dinged one star out of 5 only because you can hear everything, noise from the street, and people next door. Walls are too thin, and looks like the windows are not sound proofed. Other than that, great clean hotel and the service was excellent, they checked us in early as I requested beforehand, and gave us a wonderful anniversary present waiting for in our room. "We had a brief stay here and it was a convenient location to walking around oxford street. The hotel is cute and quiet and the room has a lot of charm and interesting touches. We got the room with the sit-in area by the window, which was lovely even though we didn't get a chance to sit there. The black out shades are so effective that we had no idea it was 10:30am when we woke up and thought it was still before sunrise! Rainfall showers were so lovely too. "
