"The front desk staff for both check-in and check-out were super helpful in explaining everything about the hotel and parking fees. We loved that we got to see the princess multiple times throughout our stay. As always we enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the parks so we didn't have to pay for parking at Disney. "Perfect location for going into the parks. Limited parking if you are going to be parking more than one vehicle. Rooms were clean but thin walls made it very easy to hear neighbors and people walking past your room. AC unit was also very noisy and run down and room felt humid/damp. I would recommend this stay if you are really just looking for a place to sleep and plan on spending most of your time in the parks. "
