"We went to Disney with kids for the first time. We had junior executive suite on 5th floor with small kitchen facility as well. Very good service and location for Disney. Val De Europe train station just 2 min away on feet and shopping centre just 5 min walk with plenty of places to eat from. Very personalised service for free transport to Disney for 5th floor customers and free transport within 5 Km area. All staff were very polite, professional and tried their level best to help. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were clean. We didnt really cook much but all facilities are available if one wants to cook. We also used Spa and it was excellent. Nice swimming pool, sauna and other facilities. Kids enjoyed swimming for 2 days, other days we were busy with Disney. The only small downside is probably breakfast which is good but some scope of improvement. But we were not too much concerned about that. Overall fantastic hotel, excellent staff and best service. Great location too. We will definitely stay there in future whenever we visit Disney."

"This is as a wonderful spot. Very central to areas of interest. The WiFi did not work and the toilet had a running issue that you had to keep hitting the flusher to make it stop. Other than that, the place was wonderful and quaint. "

"The hotel was a wonderful location to Disney. The staffs were amazing especially the receptionist Harbbel. He is a wonderful staf, polite and knows how to communicate very well. He made a London of suggestions for us which all turn out to be amazing. Thank you"

"Nice Hotel and nice room. Raphael on front desk was very helpful. Downside...it was a weekend...! Crowded...but....only 1 overcrowded coffee shop to get food. Restaurants did not open for lunch,but dinner at 7pm. The Bar did not open ...we were told ...until 5pm....actually 6pm. However....there were 2 other IBIS Hotels next to us....who had restaurants open for lunch....and an open Bar.....Even though it was a weekend! If you are stuck at an Airport Hotel for a night,even over a weekend....you should expect restaurants to be open for lunch.not just dinner.....and the Bar to be open."
