"The house was clean and in good condition. I've stayed in many of these Eagle Crest cabins, and this one has the best view of them. However, I will not rent a property managed by Vacasa again. Over a month before my stay, I requested to add a day to my booking. It took two tries to get a response, then the response was nonsensical, but they did say they would add the day. They did not. "we arrived at the property to find another family already there. The owner had double booked, she did offer us another property but it was 1.5 hours away from the slopes! She refunded us but we then had to find a hotel. Very disappointing & not the trip we had planned. She has since removed the property from VRBO I believe. I am disappointed that VRBO did not monitor the booking process more carefully."

"Very well appointed with plates, utensils and towels. Might be nice to inform clients to bring their own coffee as we arrived to find zero grounds and only 3 pods for the K machine."

"Upon arrival there was a problem with the toilet. Owner was very good about getting a repairman out to fix it."

"We stayed for the weekend for a basketball tournament and the house was perfect for us. It was close to where we were playing, nice and close to Redmond. The rooms were great and overall was very cozy. Kitchen had everything we need. We stayed here last year when we had a tournament and would stay here again."
