"This is my first time checking in for a hotel and so far my experience has been delightful. The front desk is very nice and approachable. The room itself is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I also love the fact that the hotel is less than 5mins walk away from all the shops and dining places. I will for sure come back to this hotel! "

"The Aurora Hotel is beautiful, and quiet, with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and neat and the beds are very comfortable. The rooftop terrace has a great view and is the perfect spot to unwind. I would stay at this hotel again. "

"Check in was easy - we came over on the 6am ferry and arrived well before check-in time. We chilled on the outdoor patio until front desk staff arrived, and they held our bags in the front office while we went for our scuba dive. When we arrived back at the hotel a few hours later, we picked up our keys and found that our bags had already been put in our room. Room was very comfortable, clean, and had the full kitchen that we expected. Nice view of the harbour from the deck and quiet location. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely gardens throughout the property, nice wine and cheese welcome, convenient continental breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped with activity reservations and meal recommendations. Very kind and courteous. "

"Great location and I loved the historic nature of the hotel, but the lobby could use updating. It's very tired compared to the comparable hotels around it. The guest room was spacious, bright and clean though. We did notice a freezer in the lobby that presumably holds ice, but it was empty the entire time we were there. We were told it's "coming tomorrow". It's one of those small but essential details that can be important for a comfortable stay. The staff was super nice and apparently working very long hours! "
