“The location is pretty good. It’s only a 4min walk to the beach. The house has some issues but overall is decent. There’s a leak in the master bedroom. There was a very big rainstorm and rain started to leak into the one front window and drip consistently throughout the night causing me and and wife to have to sleep in the living room. The cleaning service is pretty terrible. The place had some very noticeable dirty areas. The remotes needed batteries, the blinds in every room are broken and……

“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

The owner provided excellent instructions to ensure we had all our needs covered. The condo had a great layout with nice kitchen space with all of the dishes and utensils needed. “We loved our stay at Pineapple by the Sea! We loved the community and being steps away from the beach! This house was perfect for our party of 5 adults and 3 teenagers, incredibly spacious and equipped with every thing imaginable! We look forward to renting here again in the future!”

“This is a very nice property and is in close proximity to Duck - nice walking distance. It is right on the main street so there is some road noise but not too bad, though. The walk to the beach and pool amenities are about a block away. We would definitely stay again.”

Some items in the kitchen I would not use they were disgusting . I cleaned some of the toilets and disenfected myself. I was disappointed in the lack of utensils for a party of 18 so it stated it housed. We had to constantly wash the utensils, maybe 7 forks at that, the house will be amazing if some……

“Condo was lovely. Very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Pool area was very nice. The neighborhood itself is a little “tired” looking which of course is no fault of this particular units owner. The walk to the beach is very easy but again you are walking past buildings and some units that are a bit unkempt. Overall a great place for 2 people when all the larger Corolla houses would have been just too much space.”
