“Nice place to stay -read the reviews - only there for one night -- didn't use any of the amenities. The one down side was they charged $5 to park which caught me off guard - not a lot but the first time for me to ever have to pay for overnight parking when I was a paying guest. ”

“Overall it was great experience. Easy check in and check out process. The room was clean and the wheelchair accessible as we had requested. I only wished the pool would stay open later than 10pm. ”

“They request a credit card payment of $50.00 for "incidental items" to be held for three days after check out. On further questioning l found out it is for damages to the room which would only be known to housekeeping and occuring during your stay. I have to say that they did waive it for me because l was very offended. I do think that this is a very unpleasant way to great guests. And, very off-putting. Even though I liked the hotel very much l will not be staying again.”

“We were able to enjoy our Memorial Day Weekend with so much comfort here at Comfort Inn & Suites even having a full breakfast before checking out was delicious! Plus, Virginia Beach was refreshing!”

“It was Very peaceful and quiet. The phone in my room did not work at all. And the ice maker didn’t work either. The front desk staff was GREAT !!”

“The Continental breakfast didn’t have a variety of selection like the others Hampton hotels we have stayed overnight. Also the bathroom switch light and vent should be on a separate switch. Very annoying and loud noise just to use the bathroom.”

“The location is good and easy to travel, but the price of the room does not match the actual configuration, the room is too small! The furniture is dilapidated, the faucet of the washbasin is shaking, and the floor tiles are broken and it is easy to injure your feet! Do not come back not recommended.”

“The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.”

“The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with.”
