"Our hotel stay was exceptional and very good. The only problem we had was the aircon didnt work. The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again. The hotel is very central near shops restaurants and cardiff queen st train station."

We normally book through the main website but as times are hard we looked at an alternate site which was exactly the same as the main site saving us £80 . We always enjoy our time at Celtic Manor "

On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. Special mention to the Starbucks staff who greeted us with a warm friendliness on the two occasions we visited. Overall excellent hotel. "

"We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "
