Newly renovated Beach Block Condo

Located at Cape Roc Condo in the sought after ‘Poverty Beach’ section of Cape May. Unit 325 is on the top floor with an unobstructed view to see the ocean from the bedroom.

Custom Cape May Builder completed a complete renovation at this 3rd floor - 1 bedroom condo with ocean views from bedroom and dining area. Full kitchen.

Walk to the beach. Park your car and bring your bike. Shops, dining, boardwalk are all a short walk or bike ride away. Bike rack and parking

1/2 block from the beach - beach tags and 2 chairs included for your use. Elevator or stairs.

2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Year round rentals, ask about our winer rental special. From Memorial day to Labor day rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and minimum of 1 week.

I spent a few days at this condo with a childhood girlfriend wherein we sought to play it by ear and have a stress-free getaway. We thoroughly relaxed as the overall comfort level of the property was very good. It was in a quiet location and conveniently close to central activities. It is a short walk to the beach and a quick cab ride to most attractions. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Overall I would recommend it for one to two people,

A Wonderful Stay
Michelle's condo was phenomenal -- clean, inviting, and comfortable. We had everything we needed at our fingertips Located in a quiet community, the condo was only 2 short blocks from the beach and a short distance from restaurants and other attractions. Communication with Michelle was easy and amicable. Will definitely be returning.

The perfect get away!
The location and proximity to the beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Being an end unit on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet and private. Having the sliders on the side with the extra light made the place brighter and felt more spacious. It was nice and quiet being away from all the restaurants and shops, at the same time close enough to walk and bike where ever you wanted to go. Only problem I had was I could not get the water in the shower to completely come through the shower head, making the pressure lower. It did not take way from my stay but would be nice if it was adjusted. Cape May is the nicest beach town on the east coast I have been to! Thank you Michelle for always responding promptly and being a wonderful hostess! I had a wonderful 2 weeks and highly recommend this condo! Jennifer Karo

GREAT LOCATION IN CAPE MAY
The location of Cape Roc is the best. It is just half a block walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded like it can be at the other end of the island. It was just a 10 min bike ride into town for shopping and eating at the restaurants. We pretty much parked the car and left it there for the week. The condo is a very family oriented place. This being said it caused a lot of loud behavior in the beginning of the week. A lot of people were outside and were very loud late into the night. The property we stayed in could use a few updates to the unit. Perhaps a new kitchen table and bed spreads. Although it can sleep four it definitely is only comfortable for two. It was impeccably clean, just as it shows in the pictures. Being on the end makes it much more private too. It was a wonderful week spent in Cape May.

Great for two people
Although this two room condo can potentially sleep 4 people, it will be most comfortable for two. Pros: Great location, very clean, kitchen has a good number of pots and pans, large fridge, very good wifi, two small closets with lots of hangers, coat rack and baskets for storage of groceries, etc., very generous supply of toilet paper and paper towels. and coffee. This is an end unit and has a side balcony for extra breezes on warm days. Cons: One of the two queen size beds is against a wall, which makes it very difficult to put sheets on. The pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. The mattresses are okay, but could be better. The unit has no washer or dryer and consequently no sheets or towels are provided. Apparently, that is common for Cape May condo & house rentals since there is a linen rental service.

Just as advertised
I can’t stress enough how clean the condo was. It looks exactly as the photos depict it. The location was perfectly situated. The beds were very comfortable and covered in a protective barrier. There was PLENTY of drawer/closet storage. We traveled with three adults and a six year old. The kitchen is compact, but has everything you may need and is very clean. There is a shelf tower with baskets for pantry use. The condo is one block from the beach and a five minute drive to any main location in Cape May. Also, it’s a straight shot ( less than 20 min) to Wildwood which allowed us to occupy my six year old for the afternoon. Our host was easily accessible via text. The only recommendation I would make is maybe hanging a mirror behind the bedroom door to allow for an easier time getting ready when the bathroom is use. We will definitely be staying there again!

Sweet small renovated unit
A cute, cleverly renovated unit in an otherwise dull Sixties complex. We were there in late Sept, and the complex was relatively empty, so the unit was quiet. I can imagine it could be noisy on a high summer week. Because of bookings, we had to move to another apartment a few blocks away which was nearly twice the size and oceanfront for half the price, so I would say the price (when all the fees were added) was a bit exorbitant for mid-September. Overall, amenities of building (grills, elevator, trash room and pool) were excellent, and kitchen was well-stocked (but could use a large frying pan!) Only other complaint is that the bathroom fixtures could be improved upon--they were cheap and didn't work well. Furnishings were lovely and comfortable. I would rent again if price were lowered.

Cozy and updated condo, but is more than enough space for two people. It is very conveniently located, being only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I loved the beach location, a quiet area. The included beach umbrella, chairs, and boogie board was a nice touch. Very clean and stocked with everything I needed. I hope to return next year. Thank you.

Nice condo, meh building
The pros: The condo is exactly as pictured, it was sparkling clean upon arrival, a very short walk to the beach, and Bob is an excellent & communicative host. The cons: The condo is located in a large complex that is kept clean but very dated. The pool was often crowded. There are a group of owner/residents who will break many association rules but are hypervigilant in enforcing rules among renters. Tips: - We stayed 2 weeks and in that time 100% of the owner/residents and renters were white. You may not feel welcome/comfortable staying in this complex if you are a person of color. - Bring lots of quarters if you plan on doing laundry. One small load of a wash/dry cycle will cost you $3.75. Quarters are hard to come by in Cape May, so plan ahead and bring more than you think you'll need! - Bring a pop-up laundry rack for drying wet items if your group has >2 people. The only permissible place to hang items to dry are 2 small chairs outside the front door that get little sunlight. - Going back to the cons, do not use the behavior of others as guide for what is permissible in common areas. Just because you see another resident laying their towels out to dry in common areas won't mean you are allowed to (ask me how I know!)
