The house has everything you could possibly need and the property is such a gem. 10/10 experience and I'd highly recommend renting this place out for a trip with family or friends!"

"We had 15 family members ranging in age from 6 months to 84 years young. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The sand area and shallow water was perfect for the little ones! We had a blast and will definitely go back!"

"The house was great for co-workers to spend a week together co-working from the lake. We enjoyed the theater room and the individual suites for each person. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels just in case, the host starts you with some but you may need more. The home next door was going through a full remodel so some construction sounds weren't ideal but it was outside of the hosts control. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay at Eagle's Nest. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. We frequent Lake Anna at least once per summer, and are always looking for rentals to add to our short list. This one will be added for sure. One item to note is that in order to access the water, it is a bit of an incline down hill (and back up again) - it wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone who may have mobility issues, it's something to keep in mind."

"We love this property, this is the second time we stayed here! Everything was great other then I think he last guests spilled something on the pool table and it was molding. I sent a message to the property manager when we discovered it. (but that is a minor issue that is easily resolved) One of the bathrooms was a little dirty upon arrival (hair int he drain etc.) Other than that this house was perfect for our get together with friends! We will be back again!"

"This house is well maintained and has kids toys on the beach and kayak/SUP board which is really great and handy! The firepit is also great for an evening marshmallow gathering! Would love to come back again!"
