"Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles."

I love the palapas in their private beach area, the pool and grounds are very well kept and the outside of the building looks great for its age. Karen’s is on the property which is very convenient. Across the street is Meet Meat, by far the best restaurant in the area especially if you’re looking for top quality steak with a fabulous view.
