I am extremely dissapointed about our stay at this hotel. We arrived an hour earlier than the check in time and there was already a queue at the Reception. It took 20 minutes to get some answers. The staff was dismissive laughing and talking to the customers. They took their time and did not apologise for the delays.
Needless to say, the room was not available so we had to leave the suitcases at the cloackroom. We finally proceeded with the check in after 16.00. There was a long queue again and the customers were pushing to skip the queue. One of the members of the staff was laughing and making jokes with a customer meanwhile we were waiting to be checked in.
The room was very small and so was the shower room. The walls were so very thin and I had to call the Reception three times to ask them to adress the noise. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I did not sleep much.
There are no slippers provided which is unhygenic, there was no fridge to at least store some water ( this is why they took the payment upfront which came across badly)
There was a red lipstick mark on the carpet, black mould on the walls in the showeroom. If you book a room that small, please ensure you reside on your own as there is no space to move around at all. Breakfast was good and we had a view as well but that is it.
I do not understand the late check in. Cleaning starts in the morning and I saw a cleaner using a towel to clean the drawers. Most likely a used towel!
This is NOT a luxury hotel!
