"We liked everything to be honest. Excellent dining options, staff was helpful, overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to everyone. "
"Beautiful property with large, clean room and a nice beverage and breakfast lounge. Walking distance to town. Stocked with teas, coffee, water, cookies, hot chocolate, and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!"
"My room was lovely and the staff lovely. For myself there was no table in the room that I could use to do my work on, ended up using the suitcase stand. Also had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes for someone to come to reception , I had pressed the button many times but she only heard the last time I pressed it. Just maybe a better system."
"I liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel.
Breakfast is nice.
I didn't like the hill to reach the hotel and the fact that my room didn't have a view."
"Booked this hotel at the last minute and boy did we get a great deal. We were greeted on reception by a lovely friendly lady unfortunately I did not get her name but she was really welcoming. Our room was large and spacious, large comfy bed the view was over looking Bournemouth conference centre but step out side your room and the views our of Bournemouth pier.
Bathroom with shower was spotless. Inside wardrobe was safe for personal belongings oh and an iron.
Breakfast. Was help yourself to...
"Lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic the lady on reception when we checked in was so nice. Room was lovely and clean and good selection of teas and coffee. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work unfortunately and we found the bed a bit to soft for us but thats personal preference. We usually stay at the sister hotel across the road but actually prefer this one. Highly recommend and booking to go back in July for our daughters graduation."
"212 years old. On a hill. Unique property. A certain elegance about the hotel with its fittings. Excellent staff. Dated to an extent because of its age. Room was fine. High-ceilings. Creaky floorboards. Clean and tidy. I was happy to stay there. "
"We had a nice time at the Bournemouth Marriott. The staff suggested we take a look at 2 room options to make a decision on which double room we preferred given not all rooms have been renovated. We appreciated that and while the room / cottage we stayed in hasn’t been renovated it was clean and comfortable and we had a fantastic view just outside our door along with a fab green space for the children. "Lovely hotel with sea view, beautiful room and so clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, loved the hotel being so close to the beach, breakfast had a good selection of food and so lovely we ate outside enjoying the sea view, the restaurant Brassierre Blanc was also lovely, the food was very good, only thing I would complain about is how long each course it took to come out, we had to wait 45 mins just for our starter after having the nibbles, then another very long wait for the mains etc, it took 2 half hours in total just for the two of us and most of that time was waiting for all the courses, other than that a great stay, thank you "
