Der Check-in verlief reibungslos es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Die Sauberkeit war größtenteils zufriedenstellend, obwohl eine grundlegende Reinigung wie zB des Backofens oder der Fenster öfter durchgeführt werden könnte. Dennoch sind die liebevollen Details in der Wohnung bemerkenswert. Leider war der TV im Wohnzimmer defekt, was schade war....

"Die Wohnung ist top. Schön wäre, auf beiden Bettseiten eine Nachtischlampe zu haben und in der 2. Dusche eine Ablage. Gut war, dass der Vermieter im Vorfeld empfohlen hatte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher selber mitzubringen. Denn am Anreisetag hätten wir nichts bekommen. "This was our first time in Rügen and for sure no disappointments. Binz is beautiful and I would term it as an excellent entry point to the island 😊. The apartment is on a beautiful location & extremely clean. Wolfgang & Babette were very responsive & reachable at all times. We particularly loved the easy check-in & check- out procedures. I recommend fully Wolfgang & Babette’s apartment anytime, every time! We shall surely come back."

"Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Der Check-in war dank Schlüsselbox reibungslos und einfach möglich. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, die Lage ist absolut top. Der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich in unmitterlbarer Nähe. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, einfach und sehr herzlich. Ich komme gerne wieder."

"Wir waren für 6 Übernachtungen mit der ganzen Familie in der Penthousewohnung. Die Größe der Wohnung war für uns 9 Personen Ideal. Auch eine kleine Beanstandung am Anfang wurde direkt bereinigt.
