Wonderful the hotel apartment had a sea view excellent service beautiful area the time went so fast! Pool and fitness center spotless Huge pool very clean and not crowed we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sauna and steam area were really nice as well

This hotel is NOT ready to open. The exterior of the hotel is a massive construction site which ruins any vacation experience. There is no Wifi in the hotel. It is difficult to locate the hotel and we were driving in circles trying to find it cause there is no proper sign. So much false advertising. Expedia should NOT advertise this hotel. After just 2 minutes, I left and booked another hotel and did not get my money back. I hope Expedia considers refunding me because I am a Gold member and continue to use Expedia for all my hotel bookings.

Keine Beschilderungen zu dem Hotel. Man wusste nicht ob man durch die Schranken durch fahren darf oder sonst wie beschildert 50€ Strafe zahlen muss. Rezeption nicht besetzt bei Anreise. Diskussion über Pool Nutzung, da es bei „Expedia“ Buchungen nicht enthalten sein sollte. Zimmer schön eingereicht aber Ablagen und schranktüren im Badezimmer waren abgebrochen. Geschirr teilweise sehr dreckig. Putzpersonal kam 2x einfach so bei uns ins Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist nicht so hochwertig ausgestattet/renoviert wie es scheint. Ebenso ist es wahrscheinlich mit neuem Personal besetzt, alles wirkt noch nicht eingespielt. Der Pool ist recht kalt und die Zimmerreinigung war nicht tgl. und nicht tiptop. Frühstück war super und Personal freundlich. Lage top.

Wir hatten eine Familiensuite. Zustand ziemliche Abgewohnt und definitiv nicht gereinigt. Das machte nach der Reklamationen an der Rezeption auch eine Flasche Wein nicht wieder gut. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, werden dass nächste mal aber eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Der Check in war unkompliziert mit einer kurzen Einweisung. Wir bekamen ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht. Auch bei weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zeigete sich das Hotel sehr entgegenkomment. Der Check out war problemlos. Unser Aufenthalt im DORMERO Hotel war sehr schön.

Generell waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, es hätte aber an einigen Stellen deutlich besser geputzt sein müssen. So war beispielsweise eine Ladung Sand in einem Schrank, unter der Kaffeemaschine und an der Wand Dreckspritzer und die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Der Wunsch nach anderen Kopfkissen wurde auf zweimaliges Nachfragen erfüllt. Wir haben diese Unterkunft ausgewählt. ACHTUNG!! Suchkriterien für diesen Urlaub/Hotel war nahezu ausschließlich der Pool. Bei der EXPEDIA-Suche wird dieser angezeigt, letztlich mit der Buchung sind der Pool und das Fitnessstudio nicht inklusive und muss vor Ort zugebucht werden. 15 € für das parken sind meiner Meinung nach auch überzogen. Zehn Euro sind hier völlig ausreichend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Dormero. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren unglaublich großzügig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, unerwarteter Weise hatten wir zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Das Frühstück hatte für jeden was dabei und war sehr lecker. Auch der Wellnessbereich lud zum entspannen ein. Wasser für eine Erfrischung nach der Sauna wäre noch schön gewesen.

Wir hatten erneut ein schönes Zimmer und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und zusätzlich dem Meeresrauschen lauschen zu können ist immer wieder schön. Zum Silvesterabend gab es eine nette Nachricht und eine Einladung vom Hoteldirektor aufs Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es kaum erwarten!
