Thon Hotel Rosenkrantz

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1004)
"Great location! Very close to restaurants, shopping, transportation etc. (1 block off Main Street). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful! We had gotten to the hotel early after getting off our cruise ship and they found us a room right away. We weren’t expecting that and were happy they said they had luggage storage if needed. Room is small but very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here prior to going on the Viking Homelands cruise. The flybussen (airport bus) dropped us right outside. The included breakfast was excellent as was the light dinner of soup, salad and main dish. The location is perfect being right next to Bryggen and an easy walk to the fish market, the funicular and 18 minutes to the train station and a short walk to the cruise terminal. Rooms are small but very comfortable and there is a lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar. Highly...

Det Hanseatiske Hotel
4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"The breakfast buffet here was fabulous. I also enjoyed the large soaking tub in my room. The location was perfect. It was a bit noisy at night because there was a club across the street, but I had good earplugs. There were many tripping hazards in the hallways and in the room, so would not recommend for the elderly, but it is a historic building. I’d stay here again. "
