"The location was perfect for exploring Barceloneta and other neighborhoods of Barcelona. Cristina was mostly responsive to my questions and emails. There was no reference book to help with using the TV, the washer/dryer or trash removal. That would have been helpful."

"Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona."

"The location of the property was great. The cleanliness of the property was not. The perimeter of the carpet (where the carpet met the walls) was really dirty/black and there were several stains on the carpet. In addition, there was a full vacuum cleaner left in the middle of the living area, as well as what appeared to be stains or something spilled on the kitchen floor. "My wife and I were visiting Barcelona for 3 days. The apartment is right in the middle of Barceloneta, which is an older neighborhood on the beach with narrow streets and many, many restaurants. The Barcenoleta metro stop is a few blocks away. The only negative was hauling suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs."

"Great hotel in a great spot in Barcelona. Just on the edge of the Gothic Quarter. We got there way early with over 12 suitcases. They held the luggage for us until rooms were ready. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, it's all right there. Would absolutely return here."

"This was a comfortable property, very close to the beach and many good Tapas restaurants as well as a lovely Italian café, vegan café and poke bowl café pretty much right outside the door. It is quite busy right outside since the bus stop is directly at the top of the street and most people then walk down the street to the beach area. The air-conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mould in the apartment, which you got used to but it never went away. I did notice...
