I was unpleasantly surprised to see that I was not provided with the following: toothbrush, shampoo, soap, etc. Also, then I had checked in, towels were not there!

This is my go-to hotel in Bangkok. Right in the middle of the tourist belt, perfect location for access to tons of restaurants and entertainment venues. Easy access to all modes of public transportation including the subway and MRT, and close to Terminal 21 mall.
