"Have visited Bacalar many times. We have loved QM and i think the water is perfect to step into the lagoon from there as it is not deep. Excellent view and a well maintained garden by the property manager, Juan. I had to wait in the heat outside for about 10 minutes and their voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages. The pool was turning green on our first day, then became more green on the second. The front porch of the unit offers a picturesque view of the garden and shared spaces. Wifi is strong and communication with the host is clear. Amari was so helpful and so easy to contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she offered me a cold beer and created us with the cutest resident puppy named Mila.
