“Owner was very easy and helpful with all communication and questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as my husband and I both have bad backs. Really neat upstairs had four twin beds and it was a nice quiet place if you just wanted to chill by yourself or read a book. Great Waterview and Union boat ramp to launch your boat close by. We loved this place!”

“This home was perfect for our group! We traveled 7.5 hours in for a wedding and did not make it until after midnight. The host knew we would be in late so they left lights on for us, and there was a basket of snacks on the counter. We have a 2 year old and he quickly found toys and puzzles. The house was clean, comfortable, a convenient location to Stone and Ivy, and large enough for everyone to have their own space, and had perfect sleeping arangements for parents with small kids. “We absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time at Lake Martin and this property did not disappoint! They had everything you could think of from kayaks to a fire pit with s’mores kit to even smaller details like parchment paper and plenty of games and books for the kids. Honestly, probably one of the best places I’ve stayed through Vrbo. My kids and parents were with us for this trip and we had the best time. “I have owned 3 different homes on Lake Martin from 1982-2018 and have rented 10+ different houses on the lake since selling my last home in 2018. This home is completely renovated, adorably decorated, very well accessorized, ideally located and offers extraordinary big water views of the lake. I have not experienced a better value for what you’re paying than this home. I have already rented it again later this summer and I’m sure I will rent it many more times in the future!”

“This cute cottage was just what our 2 Senior adults couples needed. It has a flat lot that made it easy to enter with very few steps at the doors. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The dock was a favorite fishing spot. We especially enjoyed the large screened porch. We spent lots of time out there. Our host, Ivy made our entire visit a smooth experience.”

“Great accommodations within walking distance of downtown. We were visiting for our Auburn PhDs' graduation ceremony, and the house was perfect for allowing family to stay together. The space is well appointed and decorated. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. The railroad is close enough to hear the whistles -- it didn't bother us, but pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The host was great at communicating with us, and everything was as advertised.”

“We were in town for an event and this house served its purpose. The house was clean and comfortable as we literally left early in the morning and did not return until after dark. The house was small. The neighborhood was a little unsettling and not your typical vacation/destination location. probably would not stay here again but worked for the price.”
