“My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Rustic Mountain Lakefront Cottage.The location was perfect and we had an awesome view from inside of the cottage and the outside. Very clean and down home. Loved the decorations. The only thing I did not like was that we couldn't stay longer. The Bishop's were real nice and friendly. If i had a question or couldn't figure something out they were quick to respond and willing to help. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be renting……

“This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. A shower was added to the bathroom which was a wonderful addition. All of the main living areas look out over the bay. There are 2 screened porches which were so useful as well. “We were thrilled to get to stay in this sweet little lake house. The house is perfectly situated on the lake. We loved the easiness of getting to the dock and being able to jump and play around it. The screened in porch is a DREAM! And the house itself is so comfortable. We did lots of cooking and was happy to find everything we needed from grilling burgers to making breakfast.. we had all the utensils and plates, etc that we needed. The beds were perfection and the sunroom was the perfect spot……

“This cottage was everything advertised and more. It was super clean and so comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect- beautiful views, quiet area and close to restaurants and shops. The screened porch was our favorite spot. It was private and felt like you were one with nature with all the greenery around. We would definitely stay there the next time. We highly recommend it!”

“The condo worked for the two of us! We did find the living room pull out bed to not have much support so we used the couch instead. There was also loose candy and wrappers under the pull out bed. Very well stocked with bath towels and rags. Great large closet in the bedroom. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed going to Beach Bums each morning for coffee about 10 minutes down the road!”

“We were there to visit friends and our granddaughter came with us. We enjoyed the scavenger hunt and getting to see all the animals. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to make sure we didn't need anything. This place was very quiet and peaceful with lots to do in the area. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in something different than motels.”

“Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans……
