"We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area."

"Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Only three call outs for others: 1) at the time of our stay only 1 elevator was operational due to remodel. "We enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake from our apartment was very nice, as were the grounds. The apartment was very clean, though needing some fixes (some of the windows need cleaning, some of the blinds need replacement, bathroom fan doesn't work). Access to kayaks, canoes and standup boards is great. Ceiling fans helped keep the apartment reasonably comfortable. The property manager was helpful and responsive."
