Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. "This is a cozy efficiency in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the park. Easy walk to park and shops and restaurants on 23rd. Hostess is lovely and all communications with her were prompt and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"Owner very easy to work with. The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening. I ate one meal at Jakes Famous Crawfish; it was outstanding."

"We stayed here 8 nights, and were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, clean and have everything you need. It is quiet, with a parking spot, and we would stay here again for our next trip. For folks who like to sleep in, bring a sleep mask as the morning sun does filter through the blinds. The owners live in the big house, and respond quickly with any questions."

"Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! "The biggest issue I had was the smell in the hallway. It smelled liked spoiled garbage that wasn’t taken out. The smallest issue, only one pot (a sauce pot) to cook in. WITH THAT BEING SAID, Everything else was great!!! I still gave a 4-star rating."

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
