"When entering the room, the first thing we noticed is the air conditioner front cover is laying on the floor as if something is wrong with the AC unit. To make sure no incidentals are not charged to my card I took a pic and went to the front desk. I showed the desk attendant the picture and asked if something is wrong. She tried to call a maintenance man, but he was gone for the day."

"We had a reservation at Courtyard and upon arrival was notified that the hotel had a water leak. The staff went out of their way to relocate us to another Marriott property."

"We always stay here when we come to Arlington. Very nice rooms and hotel, great shower and very good shower pressure. Good breakfast, they have breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bagels, a large selection. Pool area is nice. Room was very clean and was remodeled since we stayed a year ago. Front desk staff when we checked in Sunday evening could have been more helpful and smile, but the morning staff were very helpful. We will be back! "

The amenities were stellar. The room was sparkling. My four year old didn’t want to leave and we will definitely return"

"The day staff here was really nice but the night staff hung up in my when I called from my room to ask what time check out was. The tv didn’t work and the water wasn’t hot. Pretty sure there were drug deals happening outside on the hotel. Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. There looked like there was water damage on the roof and holes in the wall. "
