"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. One day they completely forgot to clean the room. ...

"Just a short stay for 2 nights on a flying visit. This is a typical Italian bed and breakfast. Multiple rooms set in a complex of refurbished farm buildings all of a good standard. The owner was very welcoming and nothing was too much problem, even the offer of breakfast at 11.30 in the morning as we couldn't wake up. "Stephano goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The place was comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed getting to know our host and his city. The kitchen is well appointed with a well stocked wine rack. Read through the reviews, they are accurate! Comfortable bedding, lovely surroundings and, oh yes, a wonderful bakery across the street. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...
