"We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗"

"This home was very clean and comfortable for our Redding visit. It's pet friendly and our dog found a nice cool area to plant herself. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the patio and by the pool. The back looks out to open area which is very nice."

"Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in."

"This rental is not ADA compliant. Fairly steep steps to the front door with no hand rails. No Counterspace in the bathroom for toiletries. The tub could use a grab bar to hold onto because the tub is slippery. The train tracks are near by and blows its loud whistle every night, waking us up. The bed is comfortable and the unit has a washer and dryer in the kitchen. A fenced side yard has a patio table and 4 chairs and gas bbq. The unit has a very nice modern full kitchen. "Again, nice older home in downtown Redding. Quiet urban neighborhood. Owner lays out the rules, easy to follow. Comfortable place to stay central to all Redding has to offer. I walked all over the neighborhood in the mornings, no worries about safety. This home stays on my list of places I like for repeat stays in Redding."

"My mom and I stayed here for a few days while she was visiting me. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. Definitely appreciated having a bathroom on both floors. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if it is just the two of us. Did use the yoga/exercise room at all, maybe in the future it will become a second bedroom!! Host was very helpful and made the stay even better."
