"Nice hotel. Close to airport, clean, great bed and great shower. There were two negatives. First, breakfast was a cluster _ _ _ _. The buffet itself was very nice but we had to contend with hoardes of people trying to get food and then no where to sit. It was anything but pleasant . Don’t waste your money on breakfast. Second, the parking was disfunctional. It was inconvenient to drop off the luggage near the entrance (had to then circle the block to get back to the parking area). ...

"For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"We had a lot of luggage and needed a friend to come up to help us get it downstairs. He called me and said that they refused to let him up. This was the 4th time and all of a sudden he was forbidden. In the end he cam upstairs, it didn't even take 5 minutes. Such a crazy rule. Other than that the stay was fine. Breakfast is 17.50 Euro, but we found a great workaround. We walked 300m to Ikea and had a great breakfast 16 Euro for 2 people with salmon and omelet, all the coffee or cappuccino we...

"We really liked this hotel and the main selling point was the free shuttle to/from Schipol. I think this is the most compelling point for most people because there’s really no scenery (it’s industrial) or easy access to anything else, although there is a McDonalds at one end of the parking lot. This is a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay and we found it fit all our needs. There is a restaurant and the breakfast is very nice but pricey. "Although the interior of the property is pretty dated, it was very clean, comfortable bed, the staff were very accomodating, wonderful hot shower and the bathroom was fairly new compared to the rest of the room. It is a budget hotel after all so overall was very happy with our stay. Transport nearby, approx 10 mins and plenty of shops and places to eat near. Enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam."
