"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Royellou. The home is beautiful. The owners take great care of the property and it shows. Also the additional amenities are appreciated from the coffee/tea drawer to the multiple night lights that are placed in various locations throughout the house. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, and also the short walk to town. I will definitely stay here again if we need a 3 bedroom house."

"Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout...

"We stayed at Casa Winter House for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is fully equipped to have a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking space and the backyard is huge and perfect for entertaining the family. The host provided all necessary information, we didn’t have to call at all. Absolutely recommend!"

"Extremely clean little property right downtown. We walked everywhere…perfect location! The property is very small but worked great for the two of us! My only complaint would be the AC has a really hard time cooling the apartment and it might benefit with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Mt. Dora that is clean and convenient to everything, this is it!"

"Christopher was very communicative. Townhouse is well stocked, lots of towels, plenty of toilet tissue, kitchen essentials. Parking in front of townhouse if you get to it first, otherwise I had to park on the grass area which was fine. Checking in was a breeze, and staff was very nice. Overall great experience. I would stay again when in the area. We were there for a Volleyball tournament and location was very close to the Orlando Convention Center. About 11 mins away. Publix grocery store is...

"The whole process was so easy, the owner was very efficient and kind, the house was very clean, the location was very quiet and peaceful, the house was stocked the best that I have ever seen with absolutely everything you would need for a vacation stay or overnight night stay. "The place was fine except there was NO shampoo and NO body wash in either bathroom. We did not realize this until we took morning showers. They were WATER showers only. Very disappointed! The floor in the shared bathroom was grimy. Other than that, we were fine with the place. Thank you."
