"We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor."

"We stayed for a week in this three-bedroom-two-bathroom condo-type place in North Park. The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. There's a Starbuck's steps away, a CVS, and a Baron's just a few...

"Brother and I needed a place for the night after an academic conference and a night in the Gas lamp district. Very easy access, clean, comfortable!"

"It was a perfect beautiful location with everything closeby! The host was quick to reply. Some things that need attention door was making squeaky loud noise when opening and closing, the place was not very clean, toilet paper holder was broken in one of the bathrooms. The air conditioning was not working but there were ceiling fans and kept balcony door open for ventilation."

"We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The owner was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located to city life and hiking areas. I would stay again if I need to return to the area. Things I would love the see in the steps illuminated especially at the bottom, better signage for the parking spot, better communication for trash receptacles and new mattresses. I am not a big city person as the city is too active/busy for me but this was a pretty good stay for the crazy city...

"Pure was helpful when moving in and helped with access codes and a great write up about the house and local area. When we moved in the fire alarms were beeping so we replaced the batteries. On the second night the alarm went off twice so we contacted Pure who promptly sent someone to check. Seems the alarms were expired for some time and also it needed additional CO2 monitors.. "This condo in North Park is beautifully decorated with all new furniture and amenities. It is walking distance to some wonderful shops, restaurants, and breweries. The roof top deck was great for hanging out, grilling, watching the sunset, and we could even see some fireworks displays in the distance. (We were there over the July 4th holiday). I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back soon!"

"It was a great place to stay. It was very clean and plenty of room for both my family and my sister's family. It was close to the zoo and sea world, so a great location. We also saw a pineapple plant on the property that was really fun for my kids to see. Would stay there again."

"Great location in a walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants, shops, parks, and groceries. Nice deck for gathering with friends / family. Parking was always available on the street right in front. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We had a grand 4 day stay ! One minor glitch when we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher detergent (someone had cut rolls of paper towels in half to substitute as toilet paper, but we were concerned that might clog plumbing, Similarly we didn't want to use...

"My contracting team stayed twice here once in April and another in May, I booked it for them again because they were fond it it with the space and cleanliness. No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. The hosts were gracious with what they called a hybrid late checkout because my guys had to do a nightshift for the store...
