“I reserved this property in January for a wedding in April. My family of 9 stayed at the property. There were adults and young children. Pros: 1. Large open space, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms and pool 2. The bathrooms supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers 3. The property had a great layout and beautifully decorated. Cons: 1. Communication with the property owner was very delayed. I requested for our reservation to be changed by 1 day due to flight changes. This required 6……

“Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”

“Great service. Staff were so friendly and are always willing to help. I like the interior design of the hotel. But there was no even a glasses in the room for me to use. I wish to see improvement on it.”

“I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes.……

“This place was fantastic! Would recommend and come back 10/10! Although I would say this place is not for everyone; if you’re easy going this place is perfect! You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! My girlfriend and I are boat regulars and will be recommending this this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and different experience! Thanks to the owners! ”

“We have stayed here once before because it is close to where our grandkids live. Last year it was hot and the pool was just what we needed. It was a little cooler this time it the kids still got to swim( we book the 3 bedroom and register the kids as guests). Host is very accommodating and seemed to have stocked some items for breakfast. We appreciate their hospitality.”

“We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.”
