"Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again."

"This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

"Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family."

"This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...

The house is cozy and comfortable, attractively decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including off-street parking. "This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car."

The room was clean and comfortable and had a mini frig which was great to have. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful (extra hangers, towels, water, breakfast vouchers. The free shuttle van was a very convenient and easy way to get to--and back from the waterfront area. Higlhy recommend."
