“Staff was so kind, great location and convenient rooms and pool/hot tub. ”

“We loved the easy beach access. However the room is rundown. And the whole room had a mildew smell. We could see what looked like black mold on the window, on some of the panels of the wall. The room is carpeted and the bathroom is wood everywhere. The wood floor turned black after a couple showers. Unfortunately it was not healthy or comfortable to stay in those conditions. We would not recommend or return sadly. ”

“We stayed for 6 nights and never had a single problem the staff was courteous and well informed and rooms and common areas were kept immaculate. The breakfast was delicious with a terrific variety. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again should we return..”

“The service was exceptional! I would have given it 5 stars but one elevator didnt work at all and the other one had issues also. The room was clean. We had an oceanfront room and the view was amazing! The food in the restaurant, especially the steak, was the best we had on our 4 day stay in Kill Devil Hills! Recommend! ”

“The Beachwoods resort offers a lot of amenities for their guest. It is children friendly with activities for all ages. The gated resort is safe and secure. The villas are clean and maintained. I highly recommend this as a place to stay that offers more than a standard motel. It offers you an experience. ”
