"This little boutique hotel was absolutely perfect. Not only did it have rooms that could sleep all 6 of us, they are little individual casitas. The grounds were beautiful, and was only accessible behind a gate so we felt very safe parking and walking around the property. Pool was large and clean. Didn’t get to try breakfast as we left at 5:30am but check in was super easy and the front desk gentlemen was very kind and helpful. We did have to get another towel as they only gave us 5 but that was...

"We enjoyed staying here with our children for 2 nights at the start of our Costa Rica trip. They loved the pool and jacuzzi. We stayed in a room behind the reception which was large, clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. WiFi in the room was poor but was absolutely fine in the restaurant area and around the pool. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful when needed. Breakfasts and evening meals were tasty. Recommended."

"So I got two voicemails from Expedia before the reservation saying the hotel was closed . I called Expedia talked to an agent that then said no it’s open and the reservation is good. My son and I drove there got to the gate which was closed and there was no one to be found. No Expedia is not even refunding me . Not only should you not book this hotel but you should not book anything through Expedia . "

"Our room was very spacious and on the first floor. We even had a balcony at the other end of the room. The pool was small and a disabled person in our party could not get in it because there were no handrails. The setting was up in the mountains north of Alajuela and the air was fresh at night. We will return to this hotel because it is not far from the airport."
