"I stayed in hotel with my mom. Loved everything! The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, rooms are big (except of bathroom) and cozy, a lot of dining options and lounges all around hotel. Food was pretty good. Loved the small details inside the room and all around the hotel - like nespresso coffee mashine, tumblers for water to go, sunscreen and aloe cream for the beach, water to go is everywhere, even wipes for sunglasses (on a water taxi boat). Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. Check-in very slow and staff overall inattentive, surprising for a place like this, loved everything else!"
