“Nice cottage in a residential neighborhood. Pool was secluded and private. All in all exactly as described.”

“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“The apartment is in an great area, you can walk to the beach and walk to town. The house is modern, nicely furnished and very clean. There is a great washer and dryer, modern kitchen with plenty of dishes and pans to make a meal. High end fridge and stove. Nice kitchen table with plenty of seating. Living area had a sectional, nice seating area with a large flat screen TV. Very comfortable seating area. There are two bedrooms each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has king size……

“We loved our stay. My husband and I had a bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom to ourselves. Our daughter and granddaughter had a nice room also and used the main bathroom. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!”

“This cottage was wonderful for our needs. Host was good to work with and the furnishings/extras were nice and functional. The location was within the PGA National property. Thus it was very convenient for the golf and as it turns out the nearby PGA Commons area had so good restaurants for dinner. Highly recommend.”

“Bullets- Furniture was bought from Walmart and garage sales. Not a single switch turned on a light in any room The shower curtain fell down during each shower and in the middle of the night 2x. It is to short if that helps. The comforter had stains on it (looked like wine or blood. You could tell they do not wash them simply by the smell- All 3 Each morning it was in the 40’s. No available heat. No screens in the windows to let in fresh air. One roll of paper towels and no garbage bags.……

“We really enjoyed the gardens and how easy & enjoyable it was to walk to shops and restaurants in the area. Host went above and beyond with amenities and much appreciated personal touches. Would’ve enjoyed a hot tub but we had fun at the beach and had more than enough provided beach gear. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!”

“This immaculately clean cottage was just as advertised and even better. The cottage has everything you could need for your beach vacation and more. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave this cozy, well equipped beach cottage. Chris was super helpful and responsive to our questions. We loved walking half a block to the semi-private beach every day to soak up the sun and walk the expansive beach. The kitchen has everything you could want if you feel like staying in and cooking. “The apartment was perfect for us. Enough space for three people and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, we and other guests had to clean it ourselves every morning. The fitness room was also cleaned irregularly. There were no disinfectant wipes, we pointed this out and there were none the next day either.”
