"The hotel and room were spacious and clean. The breakfast was terrific. We had a couple problems with our room during our stay but management took care of the problems quickly, even when one took place at 3 am. The location was close to public transportation and many restaurants."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING in Chicago, plus it has the Michael Jordan Steak House which is a must while staying there. "

"I really liked the view from the room of the waterfront and part of the river. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was convenient to the art institute. We did the architectural river boat tour which was fabulous and starts just across street. I did wind up having to pay $84 per night parking and $25 per night tax. I was given a $25 per night food credit which i was able to use at any of the hotel’s dining venues including their store."

"Great location and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurant options. There is a Trader Joe’s conveniently located across the street. Love the art on display in all 21C Museum locations. Be warned staying in a city location will result in city noises like police/fire sirens and traffic. This was not a bother for me but if seeking a quiet location with little to no noise, then you may rethink this location. Also, was not aware you are charged an Urban Experience Fee of $25 plus taxes per night...

"I liked where it was in the city however because of a busy city makes you pay for daily parking yet does not have enough parking for everyone and 65 dollars and I couldn’t even park at my hotel "

"Bed was not comfortable. Need to Replace the mattress. Room Service is not availabe after 3 pm - 4 pm. "
