The only cons was the fact no one texted us when our room was ready even after we checked on it hourly. "On arrival at the property it was obvious that the exterior and gardens were not well cared for at all. Dirty windows, weeds and many spider webs and cobwebs. The interior was extremely well equipped and very spacious, however on further inspection we could see that the house was pretty grubby, especially the kitchen where cupboards and drawers had to be cleaned before use. "Delightful spot and owners/management. Breakfast cost a little beyond the voucher, but it is a full restaurant breakfast with incredible food and service! We had a rollaway (for an additional fee) and my daughter said it was incredibly comfortable. Wish there had been nightstands in the bedroom, a couple more dining room chairs, ice in the freezer (instead of going across the street), and maybe a carpet runner down the hallway (it was loud at night when anyone got up to use the restroom)....
