"It was perfectly convenient for my stay. Park was 5 minutes if you walked slow, to smell the roses. Only a couple of minor issues with the hot water..might need to flush it. "Location is the ONLY perk to this property. Upon arrival we found the place to be minimally tidy and the smell of mold. It isn't adequately stocked with even a counter cleaner, toliet paper, paper towels, 3 forks.I asked if we could be provided with a few things including batteries for thermostat that were low, few fans (place does not properly cool) She was out of town and told me to buy whatever I needed to make our stay better and she would reimburse, which she did. "This has been our FAVORITE thusfar. Plenty of space, a block from the local part (not busy) of Virginia Beach. EVERY detail was thought of and was included. Beach Chairs, Beach carry wagon, FLUFFY beach towels! Bedsc were great! Bathrooms roomy. Garage with ADDITIONAL washer and dryer. The outside shower to rinse feet, etc keeps everything neat. Gosh, i could go on and on! But... then our next dates MAY not be available because YOU'LL have booked! LOVE LOVE LOVE this space!"

"The cottage and location were amazing. We went for a couple of walks around the property and were a little disappointed that the lawn had not been mowed. Also the Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The size of the cottage was perfect and it was very cozy. We had a problem locking the front door and it took us a while to figure it out. Hopefully the owner updates the instructions so no one else has to deal with that issue."

"The house was very clean and so cute. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked, the back porch was so nice and quiet, and the beds were so comfy. We had so much fun during our stay. There is even a nice playground within walking distance off the ocean we walked to a few times. The host was awesome and stayed in contact. She responded almost a soon as I text her. She really wants you to have no worries and make your stay perfect."

They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with."
