"Great view of downtown GR. Easy check in and check out. Didn’t realize we would have to pay $38 for overnight parking which would have maybe changed our selection on hotel. I also was unhappy with the cleanliness as we were unsure how much cleaning they really did with used coke bottle near the couch and red stains near the trashcan. Otherwise stay was uneventful."

"Hotel was awesome! Our room was just located above the outdoor pool so it was very loud during pool hours. It was a busy holiday weekend, so that’s to be expected. Great value for the price "

"First off, the hotel was not easy to find. We were using a map app to get to the hotel and it was routing us all around the Meijer property. We ended up just driving around until we came upon it. Check in was good, but when we went to our room, neither key they gave us worked. Went back to the desk and told them and was informed it was a "problem door" so she moved us to a different room. Upon getting to that room, one of the two keys would not work and the other key we had to insert 2-3...

"Staff was great! I liked the workout facility and the convenience of the location. I also thought the room was clean and comfortable. I did not like the paper thin wall between us and the people who stayed in the adjoining room. When they talked, it sounded like they were in our bathroom. "

"Excellent stay all around. The manager James was very accommodating. Our reservation was to include breakfast based upon a conversation with personnel at the hotel. Our reservation in the system did not show breakfast was included. James did not hesitate to make it right. We would stay there again without hesitation. "

"The staff were very friendly especially our shuttle drivers. Thing I did not like is trash pickup at 3am were very loud with the dumpsters. We were on the 3rd floor and still awakened by the loud noise and was unable to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was good, would definitely ask for a room away from the dumpsters. Maybe I should get some extra marriott points as compensation...thank you"
