"The staff was very helpful. Quirky Chicago Cubs decor was fun. As a hotel in a city neighborhood, the somewhat unusual procedures for driving up and dropping off, how and where to park,etc were explained well by the front desk. And that desk was manned by a real human all the time. A co-operative arrangement with the public parking garage (almost next door) was very affordable. Fun home base, near Wrigley Field and public transport."

"The property is nice, fairly modern and convenient to downtown attractions. (Museums, Grant Park) The staff is friendly and accommodating. The South Loop is not as nice as it use to be…lots of trash on the sidewalks and empty storefronts. "

"The room was remodeled which was nice. But they did not remodel the bathroom. The room next to us was being remodeled. Every time we went into the room we had to remove construction debris which included trash from in front of the door. Hotel was very quiet for sleeping except when the construction in the room next to us started before 9 AM on Saturday Morning. Overall a good stay but they need to work on some items. "
