"I was happy with the hotel shuttle, once I figured out the transportation system in Cancun. The hotel restaurant provided what I was looking for, both for lunch and dinner. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable venturing out to eat, so the hotel gave me the safety and security I needed. The pool was outdoors and I didn’t want to be in the sun so opted not to swim, but several customers seemed to be enjoying the pool. "

"This resort was everything you could ask for. Food was great, staff was friendly, location in a perfect spot. Resort is humongous and clean. Multiple pools and beach was big and clean. Lots of rocks and stones in ocean but hey other than that everything else was definitely a 10"

"The room and property were clean. We had a room that had a little construction going on while we were there so there were a few bumps here and there. Staff team was extremely helpful and polite. 24hour Club bar food seemed to be “not so fresh” during our visit. Buffet wasn’t great but one could pick two or three things to get full on for the occassion. I personally did not find one decent desert. I couldn’t bring myself to want to try the salads or fresh fruit due to not knowing how long the...

Simple...helpful...What you expect from a hotel...and the elevators are so quiet ( Thumbs Up for the maintenance )...Bring a working watch or clock ( with an alarm ) that is NOT Connected... some issues with the phones connected to WI-Fi ...messing up the correct time... Not Hotel related...but more of a security for peace of mind...Don't leave without sunscreen... or towels ( available at front desk in exchange for Passeport or ID ... Proper place to stay... Will go without hesitation......
