“Our stay at the WaterWalk Tucson was amazing. I can't say enough about how pleasant the staff is. Our room was immaculate as well as all areas within the hotel. I highly recommend a stay here whether for a night or extended stay. ”

“We traveled with our dog and the room was fine but when comes time for the bathroom trips outside have to say the areas are very disappointing. Only one area of grass at the hotel by the pool but a big sign saying do not let your dog pee on grass. The only areas are on the hot rocks! No grass or synthetic turf for dogs relief. We will not stay there again because of the cruelty to our pets paws on the scorching hot areas. ”

“飯店內隔音非常差, 入住時房間在一樓, 可清楚聽到隔壁講話與樓上走路聲. 當晚下毛毛雨, 整晚窗外雨滴在地面塑膠盒上發出咚咚聲響, 擾人睡眠, 跟櫃台反應後, 只得到"無法讓下雨停止"之回覆, 服務人員的處理態度消極並敷衍 讓我很傻眼. ”
