“This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day...”

“Staying in this home is a vacation in itself! The hillside setting with spectacular views of the valley below is fantastic. We could sit out on the patio for hours enjoying the picturesque landscape, the saguaros and ocotillo, and the many birds that visit. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub each day. “The house was wonderful, full of character. Got to see some javelina in the mid-morning - they just ate some grass and relaxed in the front yard before heading off, never gave us trouble even when we went outside (we didn't try to approach them). The view was stunning. Had a wonderful, relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and my friends. The beds were firm and comfortable. The location was quiet and beautiful but it was still close to Ina and the freeway.”

“Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy.
