"If you have a vehicle, the only option for parking is valet parking. On the morning of departure, we had an early morning flight. We were told that it would not be a problem and we could expect our vehicle within a few minutes of requesting it. We waited approximately 30 minutes before the valet brought us our vehicle. When we inquired about why it was taking so long, the other hotel staff said they could not locate the valet driver. Very frustrating!"
