"Peaceful location! Everything we needed from kitchen-ware to extra bathroom and laundry supplies. Great communication with the owner! Clean, beautiful property, and comfortable king bed. Cool sound system w/the main room TV. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Easy and ample parking in the driveway. Large backyard with roomy deck, grill and tv! We definitely hope to be back again and will share this lovely home with friends and family for sure! Kudos to Ernest, our host!"

"When I'm working in the Lithonia area I always stay at Fairfield love the sevice and room."

"Firstly, until I had problems, contact with the owners was timely and appropriate. We got to our site around 8 pm. They had warned that the area outside the tent may not have electricity due to the outside lights being solar. However, the tent was supposed to have electricity to for charging and heat. The lights outside didn’t work and the tent didn’t have power. Next, the property had on their listing a wood stove. There is not a wood stove in the tent. There is a fire ring and a large grill. Surprise, the grill didn’t work. The gasket was missing from the propane to the grill. Nextly, we asked about firewood. They said they supplied it and there was plenty of wood, but it was whole logs that were not chopped and we had to go get an axe. On to the next problem, you can not drive down to the site unless you have a 4X4. And if it has rained, it’s all mud the almost 1/4 mile down to the site. So try to pack lightly. I contacted the owner multiple times with no luck. There is a phone number listed, but they ask that you only use that number in emergency. Please come prepared if you come to this site. The site is beautiful and filled with cute ornaments and decorations, but that does not make up for the missing amenities and lack of communication for owner."

"Pro's - The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was nice, the communication with the host was exceptional. Con's - The cleaning crew's execution was subpar, the master bedroom's closet was locked so no place to hang clothes, and the downstairs thermostat didn’t work. Conclusion - I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone because the host made things right and was going to address every concern that we discussed"
