Excellent hotel
This hotel was beautiful and the customer service outstanding. Perfect location. Would definately go back, but only on the weekday, weekend rates where way over-priced but then all the hotels on the weekend in SF are.

Green means Go!
I was incredibly impressed by the quality of Orchard Garden. As it was one of the first Green/Sustainable hotels, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The key activated lights & air conditioning was a nice addition that impressed me (and upset my plus one when I would pull the key out as he was in the shower... it was all good fun). I was promised slippers and there weren’t any in my room. The mini-fridge was also out of order. Aside from that, it was a great stay. I LOVED the bathroom!!!

It’s less than a block from Chinatown. Try Four Seas on Grant St. for some great Dim Sum!

Great location
This is a small boutiqe hotel with easy access to most major attractions. The room was nicely furnished and clean though a bit on the small side. Staff was very attentive.
