Good value, no hesitation in recommending.
The hotel is located right on the Boardwalk which was important as the neighborhood a block or so west is not the best. The room was clean, well furnished, very comfortable and met all of my needs with the sole exception of the lack of coffee maker in the room. The restaurant on the ground floor had fine food and great service. Though Atlantic City is not my favorite destination, I would recommend The Chelsea to friends and family for their lodging needs.
